This album has been designed to induce nausea, professional unease and general malady. The Working title was originally "The Atomic Make Up Of Depression", but whilst watching the Quay Brothers short film collection the new title appeared in mind.

"Ritual A - Discomfort" - The sounds on this track were all recorded live from standard orchestral/Jazz instruments and taken out of their original context by sampling and restructuring into a piece that was not meant to be played in the same way as its original conception by the musician. The saxophone was performed in an attempted faux bebop style and the trumpet in a military funeral send off style. Each instrument was treated with the standard mixing, EQ, mastering techniques but their middle state was deconstructed.

"Unearthing Yourself By Knowing Yourself" & "Olden In Silence"- recorded live in one session from VCV Rack 2. Know thyself referencing the Kabbalah and finding silence to hear that inner self.

"These Are My Conclusions and May Not Work For You" - recorded within live guitar and drum ensemble then deconstructed and reconstructed into a Krautrock motorik track, inspired directly by Peter Frohmader and Gunter Schickert.

"Eat Humans" & "Downtown PCP Warlock.wav" & "Scythe Cleaner Required In Hampshire"- vaporwave/Dungeon Synth without using samples, this is pure digital....VST.....synth....very difficult.....to install and use. The message is clear, eventually you will be on the menu when the cows run out.
